This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed through asateerperfumes.com and is enforceable in accordance with the Kuwait Commerce Law No. 68 of 1980 and the Kuwait Civil Code No. 67 of 1980.
SECTION 1 — DOMESTIC SHIPPING — KUWAIT
• Estimated delivery: within 2 business days from order confirmation
• Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location
• Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — please check current promotions at the time of purchase
• No VAT or customs duties apply to domestic Kuwait orders
SECTION 2 — INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — DESTINATIONS
Asateer Perfumes ships internationally to the following countries and regions:
• GCC: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman
• Middle East: Jordan, Iraq

Estimated international delivery: 5 to 14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 3 — SHIPPING FEES, CUSTOMS, AND VAT — PREPAID AT CHECKOUT
Asateer Perfumes operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international orders. This means that all costs associated with your order — including product price, shipping fees, applicable customs duties, and VAT where applicable — are fully calculated, disclosed, and collected at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
By completing your purchase, you have paid the total landed cost of your order in full. No additional charges, customs fees, import duties, or taxes will be demanded from you upon delivery or at any point after your order has been placed. What you pay at checkout is the complete and final amount.
All applicable charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your order, and the regulations of the destination country at the time of purchase.
SECTION 4 — NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER CHECKOUT
Asateer Perfumes will never demand or request any additional payment from you after your order has been confirmed and paid. If you receive any communication — whether from a courier, a third party, or any other source — claiming that additional duties, taxes, customs fees, or charges are owed in connection with your Asateer Perfumes order, please contact us immediately at info@asateerperfumes.com or +965 180 11 00 before making any payment.
Asateer Perfumes accepts no liability for charges imposed by any party that are inconsistent with the amounts disclosed and collected at checkout.
SECTION 5 — ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund provided the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at:

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the in-transit cancellation policy under Section 6 applies.
SECTION 6 — ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH — IN TRANSIT
If a customer wishes to cancel an order that is already in transit, the following deductions will apply to the refund:
• Domestic orders: shipping fees and VAT where applicable will be deducted from the refund amount
• International orders: shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and return shipping fees back to Kuwait will be deducted from the refund amount
For in-transit cancellations, Asateer Perfumes will arrange the return shipment on behalf of the customer. All associated return costs will be deducted from the refund as stated above.
SECTION 7 — CUSTOMER-INITIATED RETURNS — INTERNATIONAL
For customers who have received their order and wish to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, the following applies to international returns:
• The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment back to Kuwait
• All customs duties, VAT, and return shipping fees are entirely at the customer's expense
• Asateer Perfumes will not reimburse any return shipping costs incurred by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or our fulfillment error
SECTION 8 — FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND ADDITIONAL COURIER CHARGES
Asateer Perfumes fulfills its delivery obligation upon handover of the order to the designated shipping carrier. In the event that a courier is unable to complete delivery due to the customer being unreachable, unavailable, or failing to respond to delivery notifications, any storage fees, re-delivery charges, or additional fees applied by the courier are the sole responsibility of the customer. Asateer Perfumes will not be held liable for nor will it bear any such additional charges under any circumstances.
SECTION 9 — RISK OF LOSS
In accordance with Article 520 of the Kuwait Commerce Law No. 68 of 1980, risk of loss and title to products transfers to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier. In the event that goods are lost or damaged in transit, Asateer Perfumes will liaise with the carrier on the customer's behalf and work to provide a suitable resolution, which may include reshipment or a refund.
SECTION 10 — UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to Asateer Perfumes due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact the customer to discuss resolution options. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Asateer Perfumes is not liable for any costs, delays, or losses arising from inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
SECTION 11 — FORCE MAJEURE
In accordance with Article 215 of the Kuwait Civil Code, Asateer Perfumes shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government actions or directives, public health emergencies, customs authority decisions, carrier disruptions, or interruptions to communication or transportation systems.
